    I took this photo from a bus going down Manor St. What is that big construction project?

    And I dunno if I was imagining things, but once a few months ago I think I saw a big construction site (I don’t remember where) that was of a shopping centre. Any new malls coming up in the city?

    It’s the second phase of the Smithfield Project.

    Just to the left of the new building (covered in scaffolding) is the Smithfield Chimney Viewing Tower.
