i imagine there couldn’t be upward limits, it would depend on the site, proposal, mood of the planner, current thinking on how tall dublin should go, and the thickness of the wad in the brown envelope

plot ratios determine height don’t they????Generally yes, but in inner city sites they would be a poor guide as 2.5:1 is the highest in the last plan yet I have seen buildings with 100% site coverage constructed to 6 stories with underground parking. which weould equate to 6 or 7 depending on your outlook
