Studio Space to Share

Hello.
We’re renting a really nice, large, bright studio space in Stoneybatter/Smithfield.
We need two more people to share with cause the rent’s a bit high for two!
The space available is EUR400 per month and would fit two/three people with desktop spaces, storage areas and a central working area.
There’s a phone line there for you and we’re hoping to get broadband as soon as the new people move in.
We have our own toilet, sofa and kitchenette area, so it’s pretty self sufficient.
I work in tv; editing, researching etc and Paddy is a cameraman and photographer.
We need people ASAP!
