Good morning all,
Just a quick question. Im about to apply for planning for a 1 acre site subject to planning. I have lived in wicklow 25 years until last year I got engaged and bought a house with my fiance. We are now getting married in March and this site has come up to buy. Im applying for it on my own as a single person and lying about the house we have in dublin. Do you think I can do this – it was been recommended by a friend who worked in planning deot in wicklow beforehand. Is this a good idea or is there ways and means about hiding the house we have already
Go to Kerry I believe they give Section four resolutions removing the need for planning permision once you can get yourself on the electoral register in time.
