      Does anyone know what kind of development is going on at the James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown? I passed by yesterday and there is what appears to be a pretty substantial building being constructed in the south-east corner of the site. Did this get sold recently?
      I know the hospital is undergoing redevelopment but all I can find out is that the tender was for £75m.

      it could be apartment complexes, which are planned and i’ve seen pictures of in irish times property section. Also possible & i don’t mean to be stating the obvious is that it’s the 50-metre Pool at Abbotstown, part of the National Stadium plan.

      I did think of the pool but the construction seemed to be a tower, very close to the N3 but behind some trees. Apartments seems the most likely.
