Wolfe Tone Park and Henry Street

I dunno if the redevelopment of Wolfe Tone Park was a waste of money………..it is still somewhat idle when ever I walk through it……
The quality of the lawn is wanting too….looks rather bumpy….for all the money that was spent on it………………
…………….and is ‘nt Henry Street looking shoddy……………..some of the street furniture is missing, the silvery lamposts etc are looking dull, the paving is stained and filthy …..hard to believe nearly £2 million was spent here….I know is is used daily by millions of people but it should be better maintained.The park was jammed on Sunday afternoon. What makes me laugh is Socialist Worker or equivalents sticking posters to street furniture everywhere and then protesting about rates and taxes… like how the hell do they think the city council cleans up after them? the fixtures on Henry Street show all the marks of repeated poster abuse.
