I wonder if you can help me.I am recently disabled and have to have a
special dwelling attached and adapted to my existing property.I have tried
everywhere but I cant find the information iam looking for. I have a main
sewer pipe leaving the house where I want to build, 1. Can I build over it
2.Do I have to reroute it 3.How low should the paths be lower than the
foundation.(raft)Should it be lower than the Radon Barrier.Should there be vents for the Radon gas to escape,
