    take a look down Wexford St. particularly from the Kevin St. end. the ever changinging shopfronts are apalling. i’d like to criticise them for being mdf and neon ,but the recent additions hav’nt even gone to that expense, more like printed plastic banners.this is an area steeped in retail history with some wonderful original hidden shopfronts.as a “village quarter” this area is and has been what temple bar tries so hard to be ! should we do something or can we ?

    Its a street full of tat okay, with one of two decent shopfronts in the mire. The former Irish Nationwide HQ is a building I’d give my right arm to own.

    i agree Jas, i pass that building every day, and its on the market, and i have an endless list of potential uses in my head.ahh well.
