Watching the news yesterday we were treated to the sad news of more hi-tech companies having problems, but one couldn’t but admire the design of Horizon Headquarters at Park West in the background.
Anyone know who designed it?
What is the general standard of buildings out at these peripheral industrial estates?
Are they worth a visit?
