      The new pedestrian area facing Christ Church Cathedral looks a little suburbian. I’m not sure why ‘they’ used tarmac to make a surface and not something subtle and intelligent. It’s a mystery.

      I think the tarmac is temporary until the paving crews get to it in their schedule.
