2005 – The Watchtower, The Point, North Wall Quay, Dublin
Architect: Scott Tallon Walker

Originally intended as a 40-storey residential skyscraper, the building was later revised down to 32 stories before planning was granted in 2006. Construction was started, with the basement and foundation excavations later filled in, with a view to restarting construction at a later date. Finally shelved in 2016 when a revised plan for a lower building with greater square footage was submitted for and received planning permission, and later constructed.
