“Plas Llanychan has been rebuilt, on the foundation of an old house which was in a dilapidated condition, for John Taber, Esq., of Claremont, near Ruthin. The work has been carried out by Mr. John Price Williams, of Ruthin, from designs and under the superintendence of Mr. Arthur Baker, architect, of 14, Warwick- gardens, Kensington, at a cost of £2,000. ” Published in The Building News, November 19th 1880.
