1902 – “Elbridge”, Windlesham, Surrey
“This house which was built some fifteen years ago from the designs of Mr. Alfred Waterhouse R.A., is beautifully situated in about 11 acres of well-timbered land near the village of Windlesham. The various alterations and additions shown on the accompanying plan were carried out last year for the present owner, Mrs. Popham, from the designs and under the superintendence of Mr. George Hornblower FRIBA., Mr. H. Chapman of Ascot being the general contractor. The drainage has also been renewed on modern lines.” Perspective & Interior View including ground plan published in The Building News, March 27th 1903. The house was sold in 1945, and converted into a hotel called Moor Place. Demolished in 1977 to make way for a housing estate.
