A post and beam frame structure with brick and stone external detailing, this small warehouse features exposed wooden beams and brickwork internally. Finished externally in the yellow brick that characterises the Exchange are, the building has windows on three sides allowing natural daylight to the spacious floor space inside. The use of rusticated stone in the arch-heads, sills, and lintels is another local characteristic and repeated across the area.
