1922 – Cenotaph, Stonewall, Manitoba
Architect: Gilbert Parfitt
Designed by architect Gilbert Parfitt who later designed the cenotaph in nearby Winnipeg. A symmetrical monument with steps on all four sides, important battles are named on the base including Arras and Somme, while bronze plaques list the dead of the First World War. Later rededicated to include the Second World War and Korean War.
