1919 – Former Union Bank Building, 841 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg

This two-storey brick building was built in 1919 as a branch of the Union Bank of Canada. Sited across from a Merchants Bank of Canada branch, here the neighbourhood bank was to be low-cost ($12,000) and revenue-producing, there was commercial space to let upstairs.
