1962 – Former Canadian Wheat Board, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Designed by Smith Carter Searle Architects to co-exist with the original and adjacent building of 1928 using the same window rhythm and sizing, as well as regularly spaced columns. The 1962 extension is separated from the original by a vertical band of polished black stone. Constructed on the site of the former Post Office and Federal Building of 1886.
