Architect: Moody Moore & Partners
Known as Oldfield, Kirby & Gardner Building, but for a time also known as the Crown Life Building. Oldfield, Kirby & Gardner were a financial services company whose previous offices were built on Portage Avenue in 1909. A major renovation during 2006/07 replaced the southern facade with large expanses of glazing. The original intent can still be seen on the other facades.
