1959 – Downtowner Motel, 330 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg
Architect: Pratt, Lindgren & Associates
The hotel was built around the perimeter of an open courtyard, with driveway access cut into the east side main entrance. The second and third floors were largely above the parking spaces. These ground floor spaces were later filled in. Constructed for hotelier and photographer Alexander Dugalle (1897-1996).
