2005 – Webbsite, Winnipeg

A small development of seven loft units of two and three storeys orientated to create its own laneway, tucked away on a narrow city lot between a seven-storey college and a four-storey apartment building. Prioritizing ground-level front-door access for each unit, the front of the building was rotated from established streets to face a newly created lane.
