1957 – Third Placed Design for War Memorial Building, Belfast

Second placed entry by W. Granville Smyth design a building to act as a war memorial for Northern Ireland providing office space for charities and organisations associated with the armed forces. W. Granville Smyth actually became the supervising architect for the construction of the winning entry by J.M. Bowley.
