Architect: James H. Owen, Board of Public Works
Small timbered tearoom with a tiled roof. The original verandah has now been absorbed into the internal space. The original intention is visible inside where the original external wall and windows are now an internal feature. Constructed after the death of the architect James H. Owen. Still open today.
