A seven bay two and three storey former convent and boarding school building on H-shaped plan. The original building was constructed in 1889 with various extensions to the south completed in the second half of the twenthieth century. A major modern extension was added in the early 1960s by architect Mary Joan Trimble. Rooms in the renovated former convent became available in 2025 as a new accommodation option for students studying in the Technological University of the Shannon.
