1930 – Guinness Mahon and Co. Bankers, 16 College Green, Dublin

Architect: Robert Donnelly / Donnelly, Moore & Keatinge

Guinness Mahon & Company’s premises at 16-17 College Green, rebuilt by G. & T. Crampton in 1930. The architects were Donnelly, Moore & Keatinge, producing this very conservative design for an urban space dominated by Victorian excess. A previous design for this site and client in a Queen Anne style by London architects Perry & Reed in 1879 was never constructed.
