2021 – Bill & Helen Norrie Library, Grant Park, Winnipeg
Architects: LM Architectural Group

Named after former mayor Bill Norrie and his wife Helen Norrie, who worked as a teacher and librarian in Winnipeg public schools. In 2024, the city sued contractors and designers of the project for a litany of “failures”
