2017 – AIB, 10 Molesworth Street, Dublin

Large office development on site of horrendous 1980s office building now deemed past its sell-by date. New office and retail building of 6 storeys in height over lower ground and basement floor levels. Finished externally to the streets in brick to reflect the heritage buildings around it. Taken by AIB as its new headquarters after selling the Bankcentre in Ballsbridge.
