2011 – 490 Hargrave St, Winnipeg

Constructed as Community Health Services Offices for the local regional health authority. The WRHA was seeking new space for its community health offices and to consolidate other services located around downtown. Designed as two offset but intersecting prisms, designed to maximize space. The building is sharply finished, the reflections of a cloudy day rendering the glass with a different mood to a full sun day. The black external cladding is subtly detailed.
