The Gaiety Centre is a 6 storey over double basement Retail Lead, Mixed Use development. Replacing a dark 1970’s built Office Development, it comprises a floor area of approximately 9000m² with 4000m² of Retail located at Basement, Ground and First Floors; 3000m² of Offices at Second Third and Fourth Floors.

There are 4 Apartments on the Fifth Floor with Staff Car Parking and Plant located at Sub Basement Level. The upper level of the Offices is recessed as is the Apartment level in deference the scale of the street and the chrystaline geometry of the composition but also to preserve vistas towards nearby Mercer’s street Hospital and to provide Terraces which afford panoramic views of the City Centre.
