Forbes Quay is a residential “perimeter style” development with “diagonal cuts” to give visual access to the historic Grand Canal Chimney and visual links to the River. The development consists of a wide variety of apartment types, layouts and sizes with the majority of the 124 apartments having dual aspect with generous balconies.
