2000 – Railway Station, Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny
Architect: Iarnród Éireann Architects

The new railway station is just a little down the track from the now disused original station and shares the same platform. The new station was created out of a stone warehouse which has been refurbished by Iarnród Éireann Architects. The new station is light and airy inside, but externally the curved roof seems overly oppressive and heavy.
