Designed by Scott Tallon Walker in their familiar office campus style, this large block on the riverside does little to enhance the streetlevel enviroment of its surrounding streets. A great potential gone to waste. Now the European headquarters of CitiGroup, a redevelopment by developer Johnny Ronan has been proposed.
