1988 – 5th Street Towers, Minneapolis

The Fifth Street Towers is a complex of two building in Minneapolis. Fifth Street Towers II was completed in 1988 and is 504 ft tall and has 36 floors. Fifth Street Towers I was completed in 1987 and is 356 ft tall and has 26 floors. The setbacks at the 31st, 33rd, and 35th floors feature outdoor terraces. These exist on both sides of the tower, facing to the northeast and to the southwest.
