The Bell MTS Building, formerly Bank of Montreal Tower, consists of two buildings – Building I & II constructed in 1975 and 1985, a shorter block of twelve floors and a taller narrow block of 24 floors. The taller building is directly attached to the side of the Bank of Montreal at Portage and Main, for whom it was originally built, and clad in polished light grey stone. Now owned by the Manitoba Métis Federation .
