1974 – Patkau House, 1 Palk Road, Winnipeg
Architect: John Patkau
Constructed on part of the site of the massive Davidson House of 1913, this is a far cry stylistically from what preceded it. Of two stucco-clad storeys with external spaces contained within the external envelope, it manages to be a very private design on a prominent corner site with Ruskin Row.
