1974 – Palmerston House, Denzille Lane, Dublin

Office building constructed on back garden of Merrion Square houses – Nos. 11-12. Built with a concrete exoskeleton to front and rear, with a hexagonal cross-section, in front of curtain wall glazing, and clearly a further development of their design at Texaco House in Ballsbridge from 1971. Solid brick walls to the sides, elevated garden over car parking between the building and the Merrion Square houses.
