This house was built by Ron Keenberg for himself and his family. Keenberg was an architect and founder member of the IKOY Partnership. Essentially a large white rendered box, the parapet line reflects later design explorations at 277 Wellington in Winnipeg , and at Bromley Square in Calgary where extra structural elements complete the external profile of the building. The eastern façade has a large amount of glazing, now hidden by the wooded plot.
