Office building over twelve floors with a thirteenth for plant and services. Column-less interior, it provided modern office space quite early for Winnipeg. The space was taken over by MTS along with the Bank of Montreal Tower next door as it backed onto their property on Lombard Avenue. Sometimes known as MTS Place Pioneer.
