1973 – Earlsfort House, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin
Architect: Costello, Murray & Beaumont
Large brown, a very unattractive brown, brick office building on a prominent corner. The ground level has been remodelled with stone cladding added which detracts from the rhythm of the setbacks and projections of the brickwork, that is now only really obvious at the roofline. Fortress-like, it is not a particularly attractive addition to the area.
