Large office block built to house the local offices of the Canadian Grain Commission, the building creates a bold statement in downtown Winnipeg, but does nothing to address the local streetscape in the area. Unlike many of the larger buildings in the area which are linked together via skywalks to create some semblance of public usage and access, this building is completely standalone. The building has an unusual stepout for it upper floors.
