Collection of seven houses in a cul-de-sac sharing a common design language of elements. Although clearly related, they’re subtly different from each other. While some have been upgraded with garage conversions etc., the group as a whole is still remarkably cohesive after fifty years. Always an expensive area, these houses now sell for obscene prices when on the market.
