Built on the site of the old Model Primary School as the North Antrim College. Later part of the Causeway Institute from September 1994 as a result of a merger with Coleraine Technical College. This became part of the multi location Northern Regional College – with campuses in Ballymoney, Ballymena (Farm Lodge and Trostan Avenue), Coleraine, Magherafelt, and Newtownabbey. Closed in late 2024 when the college moved to a new campus in Coleraine that opened for the start of the academic year in September 2024. This building was put on the market for proposals in 2025.
