1966 – Rathmoyne House & Coolemoyne House, Dunmurry, Belfast
Architects: NI Housing Trust Architects Department
Two 15-storey blocks containing 112 dwellings commissioned in1964. Approved for construction by the Northern Ireland Housing Trust, known as Rathmoyne House and the identical Coolemoyne House. Constructed by Farrans, these two blocks are remarkably similar to several other blocks in Belfast. Scheduled to be demolished 2024, but delayed due to asbestos surveys and legal proceedings over a telecoms mast.
