Designed as an extension to Sir Thomas Drew’s imposing Ulster Bank of 1891 and replacing the 1889 building of poplin manufacturer Richard Atkinson & Co., also by Drew. Demolished in the 1970s when the bank decided to demolish this side of College Green as far as Church Lane, and gutting Drew’s building in the process.
