The building is proposed as a draft slab structure, simple wood frame work and Glulam wood deck roof constriction. The existing church bell (which is the first bell brought into Transcona) has been incorporated into the design The exterior of the building is proposed as cedar shakes and pebble dashed stucco.” Never constructed.
