1960 – Girls’ School, Strabane, Co. Tyrone
Architect: Corr & McCormick
Girls’ secondary school adapting to a hillside site by placing parallel blocks of differing heights down the slope. Mostly flat roofed apart from the lowest block which had a shallow pitched roof. The classroom facades had long continuous glazing with timber cladding. Visually quite similar to St. Colman’s High School, also in Strabane, by the same architects. Demolished.
