1957 – Sovereign Life Assurance, 287 Broadway, Winnipeg

Now unrecognizable after the addition of two floors and recladding in two renovations since the late 1960s. Originally built as offices for the Sovereign Life Assurance company. The exterior was rather plain, external expense was reserved for the black marble cladding around the entrance. The interior received a rather more expensive treatment with the original flooring in the lobby of stainless steel, terrazzo and granite, and black granite walls.
