Modern strip mall very much designed as a neighbourhood hub – containing a number of businesses. Originally a bowling alley in the basement, retail on the ground floor, and office accommodation on the top floor. Attractive massing and glazing, it would have been seen as a welcome addition to the residential neighbourhood around it.
