1937 – Forum Cinema, Crumlin Rd., Belfast
Architect: John McBride Neill
The Forum Cinema opened on 20 November 1937 and closed on 28 January 1967 – a very short lifespan. The building like many others featured commercial space flanking its main entrance foyer – in this case in the form of two small pavilions. The auditorium was at ninety degrees to the entrance block. The main facade has been demolished but the auditorium to the rear is in use as a social club for some years.
