1937 – Design for Hudson’s Bay Company, Edmonton, Canada

Design for large new department store for the Hudson’s Bay Company on Jasper Avenue. Opened in 1939. Constructed as a three-storey Tyndall stone and black granite building. It is a rare and excellent surviving example of the Moderne style of architecture in Edmonton. Later extended.
