1935 – Nos. 35-36 Westmoreland Street, Dublin
Architect: Arnold F. Hendy, Kaye-Parry, Ross & Hendy
Built as the Pearl Life Assurance building, designed by Arnold F. Hendy of Kaye-Parry, Ross & Hendy. Gutted and merged with neighbouring properties into one large hotel development in the late 1990s. This meant the demolition of the interiors of half a dozen buildings on Westmoreland and College Streets, and a new hotel built behind the facades.
